TowCAD: dispatch, drivers and billing for tow companies
TowCAD is web-based dispatch software for towing companies. Dispatchers take and assign calls, drivers work them from their phones, and the office stores vehicles and bills for the work. It's made by Third Shift Digital LLC.
Towing dispatch
A dispatch board for every call: take the call, pick the truck and driver, and see each call's status as it moves from dispatched to en route, on scene, hooked, in tow and done.
Driver phone app
Drivers get their calls on their phones. They tap through the status steps and add photos, damage notes and signatures at the scene. It installs from the browser on iPhone and Android.
Lot and storage timer
Vehicles taken to the lot get a storage timer, so the office knows what's on hand and what storage is owed. Releases are recorded with payment.
Invoices
Invoice calls, record payments and see what's still owed.
Reports
Reports on calls, invoices and collections for the dates you pick.

Owners, dispatchers, billing staff and drivers each get the screens their job needs.
Invite-only
Third Shift Digital LLC sets up each company's TowCAD account. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. To use TowCAD for your tow company, request access. Once your company is approved, the owner gets an email invitation.
